Evanya Taylor
Principal
Creative Director

Evanya decided to open The ACA to train and inspire others, promising a fun, nurturing and creative environment, where students will thrive, learning the skills and techniques needed for the acting industry. Evanya made the rare decision to keep her classes small, with limited spaces available to ensure she uses the time of each class to hone in on each students abilities as individual actors, as well as a collective.
Bringing a unique approach to the academy with our smaller classes, gives Evanya the time for individual attention, faster learning & feedback loop, better observation of learning, focusing on technique in detail, and being able to provide adaptable material and exercises ensuring that lessons are relevant and aligned with all of our students individual development.
Starting off as a regular extra in Hollyoaks & The Real Housewives of Cheshire, Evanya took her next step into drama school graduating from The Arden School of Theatre with a BA Hons in Acting for Live and Recorded Media. Landing her first re-occurring role in Coronation Street as social worker Felicity Hassle before her graduation, Waterloo Road, and Oldham Coliseum's re-opening production of 2025, and will continue to work in the industry while running The Acting & Creative Academy.
