What We Do
At the ACA we work with our students on original writing, helping to encourage confidence in students writing abilities and creative ideas.
However, we understand that writing is not for everyone. This is why we also infuse scripts from Screen & Theatre. Learning acting techniques such as improvisation, devising, and much more! Ensuing that all students can collaborate on their work together, while learning the tools of the trade.
Lights Camera Action
At the beginning of the year we focus on film and TV training, giving our students the opportunity to film to camera, watch their performance back, seeing what areas have room for improvement and growth.
Take the Stage
We then focus on Theatre, training for Live performances leading up to our Christmas Showcase.
We ask students to look at musicals and plays, and together we decide what we are going to work on for The ACA Christmas Showcase, while learning techniques for stage.
